Leave overnight in a container.<\/p>\n<p>Cut the apple into thin slices and fry it in a pan until the core becomes soft and golden yellow. Add three tablespoons of millet porridge with seeds and let the porridge with seeds boil for a few minutes. Transfer to a bowl for breakfast, sprinkle with hemp seeds and sweeten with date syrup or honey.
