Wholegrain flour is obtained from pressing oil of hemp seeds. Wholegrain hemp flour is rich in dietary fiber. Hemp flour is used for baking bread, pastries, pancakes and other types of dough. The wholegrain hemp flour may also be mixed with other types of flours 3– by adding up to 30% of hemp flour. The flour can also be used as a healthy and tasty alternative for thickening soups and sauces or can be added to diferent types of smoothies. Recommended to be refrigerated and used within 30 days after opening. High in protein and dietary fiber.
