Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 egg
- Black basil
- Salt flower
- Fistful of chickweed
- Cold pressed olive oil
- Hannah biz shelled hemp seeds
Method:
Cut the cucumber into slices, place a hot poached egg over them, pour over some cold-pressed olive oil, sprinkle with peeled hemp seeds and garnish with black basil and chickweed.
