Ingredients:
- 120 g of shelled hemp seeds Hannah biz
- 1 L of water
- Salt flower, spices
Method:
Mix the hemp seeds and water in a blender and put the mixture on low heat to boil slowly. Bring to a boil over very low heat and when a thick substance forms immediately put out the fire. Pour the mass over the gauze, add the salt flower and spices and squeeze it. Place on a strainer and weigh down to drain the liquid.
Hemp tofu can be served with roasted peaches and boiled red beets.
