The sweetest gift for Valentine’s Day is the love of flavors.
RABBIT IN HUNTING SAUCE WITH HEMP FLOUR
- 6 pcs of rabbit legs
Ingredients for marinade:
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- juice of one lemon
- a small clove of garlic
- dried tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- Juniper berries
- 1/4 teaspoon ground paprica
- ground pepper
Steam ingredients:
- onions
- white wine
- southern base
- a glass of homemade sataras
- spoon of breadcrumbs
- Bay leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon savory
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- Salt flower
- Carrot
- parsley
- 1 large heaped tablespoon of hemp flour Hannah biz
- shelled hemp seeds Hannah biz
Method:
Wash the rabbit’s feet and dry them with paper towels. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade well and coat the rabbit meat with it. Leave the meat in the marinade for at least 2 hours, but it can be marinated overnight.
Before roasting the marinated piece of rabbit meat remove the marinade with a kitchen spatula and quickly fry them in a heated pan with a little oil.
Finely chop the onion, add a little salt and fry it, add the marinade, pour the wine, add the soup base, satarash, breadcrumbs, bay leaf, savory, marjoram and salt flower. When the sauce boils add the rabbit meat, grated carrot and hemp flour.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Finally, add finely chopped parsley and peeled hemp seeds.
