Scramble the eggs with a fork and pour into a hot pan where you have melted a piece of cocoa butter. When the underside of the omelette is lightly browned, add the roasted sardines and salmon. Let the omelette turn golden yellow. Sprinkle with fresh thyme, salt flower and pour over hemp oil. Garnish with hibiscus flowers.
