Boil and drain the head of broccoli, slice it and add it to a bowl of radicchio and fresh spinach, peel a boiled egg or two (depending on the amount of basic ingredients) and cut it into slices, add olive oil and fleur de sel. Decorate with wild rose petals and sprinkle with shelled hemp seeds.
