Whole-grain pasta with red pumpkin, marella mushroom and hemp oil

Whole-grain pasta

Ingredients:

  • Wholemeal pasta
  • Red pumpkin
  • Young onions
  • Fresh chives
  • Micro plants
  • Marella mushroom
  • Capuchin flowers
  • Flower of salt
  • Cocoa butter
  • Cold pressed hemp oil Hannah biz

Method:

Cook the pasta, grate the pumpkin and slice the spring onions. Fry the pumpkin in cocoa butter, add the onion and flower of salt. Fry the marella cap for a few minutes on cocoa butter. Serve the pasta and pumpkin with onion on a plate and place a piece of marella hat on top. Drizzle with hemp oil, garnish with micro greens, chives and cappuccino flowers.
