A simple recipe for crunchy buckwheat slices with hemp, melting gently in your mouth. Use instead of chips or snacks for those demanding guests.

  • 3 tablespoons buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Hannah biz hemp flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 ml of water
  • salt flower


Mix the ingredients by hand or with a mixer into a thick mass, and add water if necessary. The mixture should be more liquid than sticky. Pour it on baking paper and spread evenly with a spoon. The thinner the coating, the crispier the slices. Place the baking paper on the baking tray and bake at 180 °C for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness. Slices are baked when the edges are more baked than the middle.

Slices are served with various toppings – cod spread with pumpkin butter or prosciutto with wild garlic flowers.
