The Morning Elixir is a simple breakfast with hemp pearls for a healthy soul and an even healthier body.


  • Shelled hemp seeds Hannah biz
  • 5 tablespoons of millet porridge
  • 5 tablespoons of flax seeds
  • 5 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • An apple
  • Date syrup or honey
  • Salt flower


Millet porridge, flax, and chia seeds pour with a liter of slightly salted water and boil on low heat for at least half an hour. Leave overnight in a container.

Cut the apple into thin slices and fry it in a pan until the core becomes soft and golden yellow. Add three tablespoons of millet porridge with seeds and let the porridge with seeds boil for a few minutes. Transfer to a bowl for breakfast, sprinkle with hemp seeds and sweeten with date syrup or honey. Decorate with meadow daisies or other edible flowers.
