Ingredients:
- 100 g of rice
- 2 handfuls of fresh young nettle leaves
- 1 avocado
- A teaspoon of hemp protein Hannah biz
- Salt flower
- Olive oil
- Red pumpkin
Method:
Add sliced dill and avocado to cooked salted rice. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with hemp protein. Add roasted red pumpkin leaves and fresh tomatoes. Pour olive oil and garnish with edible flowers.
