Risotto with nettle and hemp protein



  • 100 g of rice
  • 2 handfuls of fresh young nettle leaves
  • 1 avocado
  • A teaspoon of hemp protein Hannah biz
  • Salt flower
  • Olive oil
  • Red pumpkin


Add sliced dill and avocado to cooked salted rice. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with hemp protein. Add roasted red pumpkin leaves and fresh tomatoes. Pour olive oil and garnish with edible flowers.
